Spent Christmas here and the snow was spectacular! the ski equipment rental was convenient and part of the package. Location was perfect, right next to the lifts. the hot springs on the roof was my absolute favorite. It had a clear view of the snowy mountains and it was so relaxing. the staff were kind and courteous, always willing to lend a helping hand.

I won't sugarcoat it, the place needs a makeover. the decor was out-dated and the room was a bit small for my liking.

The hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of dishes including rice, miso, curry, fish, sausage. The rooms were also spacious with comfortable couches and beds. Another great advantage was the location, only a 5-10 minute walk to the gondola.

The hotel was showing signs of wear and tear, with stained carpets and outdated duvets. The dining options were limited and quite pricey, leaving few alternatives other than the hotel's restaurants.
